Terms of Service
Last updated: April 28, 2026
These terms apply when you use this website and when you hire ER Landscaping & Irrigation ("we," "us") for services. By using the site or hiring us, you agree to these terms.
Quotes vs. final price
Prices listed on the site are starting points. Final price for any plan or service is set after we see the property, either in person or via photos you send. We will confirm the price in writing before any work starts.
Scheduling
We schedule plan visits on a recurring day of the week. Severe weather, monsoon storms, or scheduling conflicts may push a visit to the next available day. We do not skip visits without notice.
Cancellation
Plans are month-to-month with no contract. You can cancel any time by calling or texting us. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice before your next scheduled visit. We do not refund partial months.
Payment
Plan customers are billed monthly. One-off services are billed when the work is complete. We accept payment methods we agree on with you in writing.
Property access
You agree to give us safe access to the areas where work will be performed, including unlocked gates on the day of service. We are not responsible for service we cannot reach.
Photos
We may take before-and-after photos of completed work. We will not include identifying details (house numbers, license plates, faces) and will not use photos that show your address. If you prefer no photos at all, just tell us and we will not take any.
Limits
We provide maintenance services only. We do not perform irrigation system installations, major landscape construction, or licensed contractor work. If your project needs a licensed contractor we will tell you and refer you elsewhere.
Liability
We take care to do clean, careful work. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the price you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Maricopa County.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version with an updated date. Material changes will be emailed to active plan customers.
These terms are provided for transparency and are not legal advice.
